About the Level UP Summit!
Dress for Success Columbus is excited to present a NEW and elevated workforce development event, designed to help women take their personal and professional life to the next LEVEL!
Dress for Success Columbus is committed to providing programs that focus on advancing equity for women, empowering women to overcome barriers that limit their upward mobility, and ensuring that women are given the support they need to truly obtain, sustain and grow their careers. The need for programs and resources designed to put women back to work and on a path to economic independence is needed now more than ever as women continue to bounce back from an unforgiving pandemic that has disproportionately impacted their jobs and livelihoods.
The Level UP Summit is a one-day personal and professional development conference that will feature nationally known mental health author, community advocate, and activist Achea Redd, morning and afternoon empowerment sessions featuring thought-provoking, confidence-building, and career-developing topics that will contribute to the growth and development of women, build skilled leaders and an equipped workforce in our community.
This event will also include a job market featuring various companies and organizations, mini learning sessions including resume reviews, and 1:1 career coaching, a pop–up shop highlighting new workplace trends, free professional headshots, and the opportunity to network and engage with leaders across the community and so much more!
This conference is open to the community and 100% of the proceeds from this day of empowerment will benefit the mission of Dress for Success Columbus!
