WOMEN2WOMEN (W2W) Mentoring is a program of Dress for Success Columbus, and an expression of our overall commitment to help women build a network of support and provide career development tools. W2W is aimed at benefiting both mentor and mentee by fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can build and reflect upon their professional choices as they develop a rewarding career.
Dress for Success Columbus understands that a woman’s career development is an ongoing process. Mentoring addresses the need for additional support during this time by connecting employed women with experienced professionals who provide one-on-one guidance to help women shape, pursue, and attain a strong network to achieve their career goals.
Our signature Women2Women (W2W) Mentoring Program is a 6-month commitment. Mentors and Mentees commit a minimum of 2-4 hours per month to rapport building, networking, and progress evaluation.
W2W provides guidance to help make the most of the mentoring experience:
- Pre-program training
- Launch/introduction
- Monthly check-ins
- Mid-program connection
- Graduation celebration
